Bags under eyes

Bags under eyes can include, mild swelling, saggy or loose skin and dark circles. With ageing, the tissues around eyes, including some of the muscles supporting your eyelids, weaken. Normal fat that helps support the eyes can then migrate forward into the lower eyelids, causing the lids to appear puffy. Fluid also may accumulate in the space below your eyes, adding to a swollen appearance.

Home Remedies Receipe :

Peel 1 medium size raw potato. Cut in half. Place the halves over eyes for 10 minutes. The potato will cool your eyes and any swelling will decrease.

Better Eyesight

Dark circles(eyes)

Dark circles under the eyes can be an inherited attribute. Exposure to sun especially during the summer months can make the skin under the eyes look darker. An improper diet, an unbalanced diet or lack of a nutritious diet can cause dark circles under the eye. A lack of sleep or excessive tiredness can cause the skin under the eyes to become pale.

Take juice of raw potato and mix it with cucumber juice in equal quantities and drink it. It helps in controling dark circles.

Eye Infection

It is a condition when a person has sore eyes. Symptoms for infections are inflammation caused on the eyeball and underside of the eyelids. It also causes eye pain, burning, blurred vision, and feeling of dryness and discharge of a sticky fluid. The main cause of infection is unhealthy and unhygienic state of living.

Home Remedies Receipe :

Mix equal amount of honey and water and let it cool for some time. Use a clean cloth or cotton balls to dip in this water and apply as an eye drop.

Eye weakness

Eyes provide us sight, without which life would lose most of its meaning. But at the same time, eyes are constantly exposed to the external environment. Night Blindness

Night blindness is a type of vision impairment. People with night blindness experience poor vision at night or in dimly lit environments. Take Tandlaja bhaji suate it in the Cow ghee and eat it in the evening...one can eat other food after two hours.

Tired Eyes

A tired eye is one of the problems often occurring in the present-day lifestyle. In this condition, along with puffiness around the eyes, a person also suffers from heaviness in the head. Lack of sleep is one of the primary causes of tired eyes. Other causes include allergy, eyestrain, fatigue, conjunctivitis and pollution. Its symptoms are heaviness in eyes, burning sensation, irritation and redness of the eyes.

In a small bowl of cold milk, dip a cotton ball and place it over the eyelids.

Eat a balanced diet, avoid smoking, protect your eyes fro sun or direct light / heat, drink plenty of water and do regular excercise.
