Bloated Tummy

Abdominal bloating is a condition in which the abdomen feels uncomfortably full and tight and may be visibly swollen. The symptoms of bloating can be vague and difficult to pinpoint, but most people describe an uncomfortable feeling of fullness, tightness, or swelling in the abdomen. This can be accompanied by pain, excessive gas (flatulence), frequent burping or belching, and abdominal rumbling. The common causes of bloating could be overeating; eating rich and fatty food can make you feel uncomfortably stuffed. Fat takes longer to digest than protein or carbohydrates, and eating too fast adds to the risk of bloating after a meal. 

Home Remedies Receipe :

Take a ½ tsp. each of Harde powder, Amla powder, Baheda powder,(popularly known as Triphala) Vidang or vavding powder, Black pepper powder ½ tsp. and Guggul  ½ tsp. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Take one portion in the morning and another in evening with one glass of lukewarm water. You can add one tea spoon of honey to it.

Belly fat

The problem with stomach fat is that it can ruin the shape of an otherwise perfect body. Our lifestyle is such that most of us have to spend time sitting in front of the computers. With the workaholic schedules and wrong food habits (burgers, pizzas, cold coffees, ice creams), we only realize when we have already gained the flab around the waist and stomach. The added inches to the mid-section of our body doesn’t only restrict you in wearing bathing suits but also pose serious threat of being at higher risk of heart diseases, diabetes and many other grave diseases according to some researches. In addition, it is not easy to lose belly fat. It needs lots of patience and constant workout to get rid of stomach fat. 

Home Remedies Receipe :

  1. Take 3 Garlic cloves, 1 Lemon and Water 1 cup. Squeeze the lemon juice into the cup of water. Chew 3 garlic cloves and then drink the lemon water. Repeat every morning on an empty stomach.
  2. Add one tbsp. of honey and add tsp. of lemon juice in a glass of lukewarm water. Drink this glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. 
  3. Take one fresh Aloe vera leaf & peel it & then scoop out the pulp. Put it in a blender along with one cup of citrus juice, such as orange or grapefruit juice, or simply water. Blend it for two minutes. Drink this daily

Under Weight (Thin)

For every person, there is an ideal weight, depending on his/her height and sex, which describes him/her as healthy. A person who weighs 10 percent less than his/her ideal weight is considered moderately underweight. On the other hand, those who weigh 20 percent less than their ideal weight are termed as simply underweight. Being thin can be a hereditary condition or the result of a number of psychological as well as physical factors. Causes for underweight could be: tuberculosis, hyperthyroidism, type 1 diabetes, anxiety and depressive disorders, drug use, especially stimulants, inflammatory bowel disease, HIV/AIDS, Insufficient calorie intake and Unhealthy eating habits, such as skipping meals and frequent fasting. Symptoms of underweight: fatigue, poor physical stamina, low resistance to infection, low body weight and loss of menstruation

Home Remedies Receipe :

Take 1 tbs of pomegranate seed powder, 1 tbs white musli powder mix it and add in to lukewarm water. Drink this milk daily.
